UK-born, Bay Area–based rapper and engineer.
Tacer came up around London pirate radio and carried the pen west. The writing is bar-first — grime cadence over West Coast rhythm — and the records are his from end to end: written, produced, engineered, and mastered in-house.
In 2025 he founded Dominion Sound Publishing to release that work on its own terms. The catalog since — a debut cipher, two singles, and an EP — is below.
